Hi! My name is Karol im from Poland and I speak en I’m 30 years old and i love to train outside mainly calisthenics and boxing.

I like to merge both and that brings discipline in my life. I wish I had a student to whom I could pass my knowledge and give some tips for how to maintain your happiness under worth living conditions!
